Board of Directors
The Board of Directors establishes the policies by which the District is managed. The General Manager and staff are responsible for operating the District in alignment with those policies.

Legislation and Policy Position Framework
Diablo Water District’s policy and legislative framework allows the District to remain agile in providing letters of support or opposition, based on criteria developed by the Board of Directors. The District remains actively engaged in policy and legislative matters. As a community-focused water provider, we are committed to safeguarding our water resources, protecting the environment, and enhancing the quality of life for those we serve.
